About Autum

I am Autum Grandstaff, and I am passionate about providing an excellent experience throughout your entire purchase. I have made it my mission to thoroughly understand and establish an exceptional rapport with each lender to ensure you are set up with the best match for your financial needs. Purchasing an RV is exciting, and I love removing the stress from your hands and making it all fall into place!

Outside of the dealership, you’ll find me with my family! I have two daughters whom I adore and spend every available moment with. We enjoy taking vacations, finding new things to do around Columbus, trying new restaurants, or simply hanging out at home. 

My favorite memories surround my children and family, and I look forward to providing a way for families to make memories together as well! 

Why I love helping people find their perfect camper:

I love helping people however I can. I am the person that overhears someone saying they can’t find something in the grocery store, and next thing you know, I’m finding it for them, directing them to the aisle, and asking if they need help getting it off the shelf! 

Whenever you come in, call, or email, I am going to work hard to meet all your needs! If I can’t do it on my own, I am going to ask someone for help or come up with an alternate suggestion. Though some around the dealership might consider me a little persistent, I like to say I’m a problem solver! 

All jokes aside, purchasing a camper is a big decision. Each individual has different motivators and goals that they hope to accomplish. Whatever the reason may be, I love being an intricate part of making their vision become a reality.  

What makes me different from other sales specialists:

I started out in the automotive sales industry, and while I enjoyed my time there, I have learned that the RV side of sales is much more rewarding! People are excited and happy when purchasing campers, and I love being part of that journey. 

On the other hand, I have also seen the frustrations buyers run into during the buying process. I try to set myself aside from the rest by being transparent, honest, and diligent to structure the most advantageous financing offer. I also make it a priority to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
