What are the dealership's hours or what are your hours or when are you open? Our VU dealership is open for browsing 24/7. Our "Brick and Mortar dealerships" are open Monday 9 AM to 6 PM EST. and Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM.
How many people does an Airstream sleep or how many people can fit in an Airstream? Airstream carries a plethora of model options for sale, which can accommodate between 1-8 individuals.
Will Mark Wahlberg sign my trailer? If Mark is in the dealership, there is a good chance Mark Wahlberg would sign your Airstream. However, Mark has a busy schedule and his visits to the dealerships are limited.
Where can I get a printed product brochure? With all our offerings, we prefer to electronically download brochures into your File Cabinet. You can also access each brochure in the Knowledge Center.
What do I do when I get to the campsite? When you arrive at your campsite, setting up camp may include: unhitching from your vehicle, connecting power/water/sewer hoses, retracting stabilizer jacks, and leveling your camper.
Will you buy my used RV? Yes, Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV does purchase pre-owned RVs. To begin the process, click "Value Your Trade" on any of our unit's inventory pages.
What can I trade in? Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV has had many types of trade-ins. We have had motor homes, fifth wheels, cars, trucks, boats, and even 40 year old Airstreams traded into us.
Do you deliver the RVs? If you purchase a unit, we offer delivery services. Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV has delivered units across the United States. Please contact one of our Airstream Specialists for additional information.
Can I stay at the dealership for a "shake down" of my trailer? Yes, you can stay at the dealership for a shake down of your unit. We have electrical hook ups on the lot if you would like to stay overnight.
What is your walkthrough process or how will I learn how to use my new RV? The day you come to pick up your unit, one of our sales specialist will extensively explain how to operate and maintain every facet of the RV.
Can I receive warranty work at another location? The Warranty is placed on the unit by the manufacturer. So you may have warranty work performed on other vehicles however many dealers are busy so you should always call the dealer for additional warranty coverage questions.
If I would order, what is the wait time? If you were to order a unit, the order times vary according to model and season.
What are the steps to Consign a unit to you or how does Consignment work? When consigning a unit with us, we’ll take care of just about everything from holding the vehicle on our lot to posting listings and even title work. To begin the process please reach out to a Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV representative today.
What happens if my unit does not sell while being consigned? If you would like to remove your vehicle from consignment, we request 72 hour notice. Then the unit will be taken off consignment.
Can I place my unit on the Auction? Currently, you cannot place your unit on the auction. Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV only allows consigned units to be placed on our auction.

Can I purchase with $0 or no money down? In regards to purchasing with $0 down- I have seen this done, with a strong credit score and amounts under $50,000.
What extended warranties are available? Extended warranties are available on used units up to 5 years with a $0 deductible, and on new units up to 7 years with a $0 deductible.
What can my vehicle tow and what is my towing capacity? We recommend towing up to 80% of your vehicles tow capacity. The towing capacity can be found in your owner's manual. We recommend a tow vehicle with a 7 way pin, an active 12 volt source, and full factory tow package. What are the meanings behind the different Floor Plan Names: FB, RB, and CB? Each layout is defined by where the bed is located – near the front, in the back, or in the corner. These locations are designated by the codes FB (front bed), RB (rear bed), or CB (corner bed). While the location of the bed may not seem important at first, as you research which travel trailer is right for you, you'll find many subtle differences that begin with where the bed is located.
Where can I find the Airstream VIN or Serial Number? If the model includes the A-frame integrated battery box, the VIN plate is located on the curb side of the battery box. If the model has a plastic battery box mounted above the A-frame, the VIN is located on the curb side mounted directly on the A-frame.

Will Airstream repair damages to my travel trailer? Normally, any damage is detected and corrected at the factory or by the selling dealer during the inspection process. If you discover any damage when you take delivery of your travel trailer, you MUST notify your dealer OR Airstream within 10 days of the date of purchase to have damage repaired at no cost to you.
When does my coverage end on my Airstream Limited Warranty Policy? The 36 Month Warranty (3 year) begins after the first retail owner first takes delivery of the new Airstream from an authorized dealership.Any action for breach of this warranty or any implied warranties must be commenced not more than 37 months after breach. Some states do not allow the reduction of the time when a breach of warranty claim must be commenced, so the reduction in time when a breach of warranty claim must be commenced may not apply to you.
How do I report a defect on my trailer/touring coach? If you believe your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you should immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), in addition to notifying Airstream, Inc. What regular maintenance is recommended for a Airstream? Airstream provides an annual maintenance schedule in addition to a 1000 mile/60 days, 5000 mile/90 days, and 10,000 mile/6 months maintenance schedules.

Can I add solar to my RV? Yes, you can add solar to your RV depending upon the availability of space on the unit and ability of the unit to accept the addition.
What is your total prep charge or what are your dealer prep fees? The prep charge ranges from $490 to $890.
Do I need a Weight Distribution Hitch? We recommend any trailer over 2,000 lbs have a weight distribution hitch.

Does the A/C work off the batteries or will my Air Conditioning run on battery power? For the AC to work off of batteries, you would need Lithium batteries. Even with these batteries run time will be limited without a way to charge the batteries (solar panels or generator)
Do I pay Ohio tax for out of state purchases? A purchaser is required to pay sales tax in the state in which the vehicle is registered.
Can you pick up my unit? Yes, we partner with a third party service which can pick up and deliver units.
Can I sell my unit to someone else and still purchase a RV from you? Yes, you can sell your unit to someone else and still purchase an RV from us. Please note in many states the tax is on the net difference between new and trade value. so you may want to research this.
What are the consignment fees? Our Consignment fees are 10%.
Do I need to keep insurance on my unit if consigned to you? Yes, you must keep your insurance on your unit while it is under consignment with us.
What additional fees can I expect to be hit with or are there any additional fees? Outside of the standard title and license fees, Ohio document fee and taxes based on the state and county you live in, you should not expect any further fees that are not discussed at financing.
How soon can I get an appointment for service? On average, we schedule service appointments 2-3 weeks out.
Do you need appointments for RV service or how can I schedule a service appointment? Yes, you need an appointment to get your vehicle into our RV Service department. Please call (614) 255-5800 or schedule through our website.
Do you install hitch systems on my tow vehicle? We do not install hitch receivers and wiring on our customer's vehicles. We require for this to be completed prior to picking up your travel trailer from our dealership. We suggest utilizing your local car dealership or uHaul for this service. Once your vehicle is properly equipped, you can purchase the proper hitch from our dealership, and we will hitch your vehicle to your new trailer.
How often should I pack bearings? Dexter recommends to pack bearings once a year or every 12000 miles on packable bearings.
Do you carry Airstream Wheels? No, we do not carry wheels in stock, but can order wheels for your specific unit.
What type of hitches do you carry? We carry standard 2" balls as well as Blue Ox, Sway Pro, Track Pro, Equalizer, and Andersen hitches.
